Horrible Medical Provider Service!

I’ve tried to get a hold of my medical provider thru their 800 number. You have to key in all your pertinent info on the phone (it won’t let you go anywhere without keying it in) and then you press 0 to talk to customer service. You’re put on hold and then all of a sudden they disconnect you!

That’s great for them! They must not be getting any phone calls to deal with! However, no matter how many times you try, it just disconnects you….and there’s no other ways to contact them other than an email to an unspecified address.

Now that’s great service.
